This is to inform clients and members of the public that the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) will no longer accept physical correspondence. This is to mitigate the impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In this view, clients are advised to send their correspondence to correspondence@pacra.org.zm.
