NOTICE TO ALL INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS

The Corporate Insolvency Act No. 9 of 2017, read together with Statutory Instruments No. 40 and 41 of 2019, establishes a co-regulatory framework for insolvency practitioners operating in Zambia.

In accordance with the law, all insolvency practitioners are required to be licensed, and the licensing process is serviced by the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA).

PACRA maintains the official Register of Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, which provides useful information for practitioners, accredited bodies, and members of the public. This list is regularly updated as new licences are issued and existing licences are decommissioned.
