The primary objective of the proposed amendments is to strengthen the provisions on beneficial ownership, in line with international standards, and to enhance overall compliance with the Act by business entities. As part of the consultative process, members of the public are invited to review the Draft Bill and provide comments before the Bill is submitted to the Ministry of Justice for the legislative process.
