NOTICE TO NON-COMPLIANT COMPANIES – FAILURE TO FILE ANNUAL RETURNS

The Registrar hereby advises all companies listed below that they have not filed their annual returns. In accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act No. 10 of 2017, all registered companies are required to file annual returns within the prescribed period.
