CALL FOR COMMENTS ON THE COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS BILL

The Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) invites stakeholders and members of the public to submit comments on the Copyright and Related Rights Bill, which seeks to modernise the copyright legal framework and strengthen the protection of copyright and related rights. The Bill is available for public review below. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to submit written comments and proposals to Copyrights.Amendment@pacra.org.zm not later than 31st January, 2026.
