NOTICE OF BEST EVALUATED BIDDERS – SOLAR POWER BACKUP SYSTEMS

The Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) hereby notifies bidders and members of the public of the Best Evaluated Bidders for the Tender for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Power Backup Systems at PACRA Head Office and five (5) Regional Offices, procured under Open National Bidding. Following the evaluation process, Zoncor Investment Limited has been identified as the best evaluated bidder for Lot One (1) with a proposed contract price of K1,082,590.00, while Big Five Investment Ltd has been identified as the best evaluated bidder for Lot Two (2) with a proposed contract price of K715,701.68. The notification period runs from 21st January to 27th January, 2026, after which PACRA intends to proceed in accordance with the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 as amended and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2022. This notice does not constitute an award of contract, and bidders retain the right to appeal within the prescribed statutory period.
