The two notices have been issued pursuant to The Companies Act No. 10 of 2017 and The Registration of Business names Act No. 16 of 2011 respectively.
All affected entities have therefore been given 30 days from the day of publication of the notices (21st February, 2025) to remedy their breaches failure to which they will be de-registered or have their certificates suspended.
