Business Names and Companies that have not filed annual returns for two consecutive years risk being deregistered in accordance with the Registration of Business Names Act No. 16 of 2011 and the Companies Act No. 10 of 2017.
The attached list follows notices of intention to suspend or cancel certificates and notice of intention to deregister companies issued by the Registrar.
The affected entities are therefore required to show cause, within a period of 30 days, why they should not be de-registered.
