The PACRA Management Procurement Committee has authorized to award the contract for the procurement requirement to the “best evaluated bidder” for the tender for the Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services on our PACRA Website. This is in line with section 100 of the Public Procurement Act and amendment no. 23 which guides that Notice of award should be published before the award of contract.
