In line with Government Policy to have almost all public services on the Government Service Bus (GSB), PACRA is migrating registration and other services to the GSB today. The GSB is faster, efficient and allows for more payment platforms.

  2. i am failing to request my annual returns invoice with the new system and now my payments are over due by 2 months, can the old system return

  3. not impressed with the current pacra online pefomance i cant acces my account and it forced me to create another one but same, and have been waiting since i dont know

  4. Why are we suddenly going backwards? The new system has just wasted 3 hours of my valuable time. Please revert back to the old system until you have the new one meet the standard of the old one or at least it is in a workable condition. What you have hear is a total failure!! Now i have to drive to your offices so you can give me attitude & further waste my time. Why didn’t you leave the old one running so could take your time developing this pathetic good for nothing “BUS” e-system? Please get your money back from the contractor that is developing this BUS. Not helping us the business community at all.

    I submitted name clearance requests for three business names on 18/01/2022. To date, there is no feed back. Kindly advise the next cause of action.

  7. The previous system was fine people running this organisation should have advised the people running this system.
    this one is bad

  8. This is a terrible move. The PACRA Portal was more efficient. I once used this GSB Platform to make a payment and it took months for the payment to be acknowledged. You can imagine the delay and inconvenience, not forgetting that I had to call countless times to have this issue resolved. I think revert to the old and more reliable system. This change is totally horrible and no improvement at all.

  9. The GSB integrated system is not doing us any good. I’m not able to file my returns and the system seems to be always non-responsive…

  10. this current platform is just complicating things it was very much easier to use before than now. I applied for name clearance its now two weeks no response. You are inviting people to frequent your offices.

  11. I want to register with ZRA however it redirects me to log in through PACRA and initiate the process there. However PACRA seems to have moved to Zamservices where there is no option for ZRA registration.

    This new system is terrible and I would encourage you to very quickly move back to the old system so we can get things done. The purpose of systems is supposed to be to ensure ease of use, increased efficiency, reduction in human resources, however now I have to physically go to your offices and sit in queues to sort this problem out.

  12. I CANNOT ACCESS MY ONLINE SERVICES STILL WAITING FOR YOUR APPROVAL ITS NOW 3 WEEKS WHAT IS HAPPENING? BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM.

  13. I was unable to complete my name reservation process which I started with the previous system. The new system has been unable to recognize the case number given in the old system and therefore the name might expire and given to someone else.

  14. The payment options on the GSB is very frustrating all options are unavailable error messages pop up , kindly provide a parallel system were people can use the services as smart Zambia sort themselves out .

    If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
    Can you revive the old system forthwith!

    1. The system only requires one to open a new account and all the processes are similar and just been connected to the integrated platform of Government. On the integrated platform, you can do more than PACRA services as RTSA, ZP, Home affairs Immigration etc are all available. Customer support can be obtained on 2008 using ZAMTEL

  17. I feel all you needed to migrate was the payment services. cant login to my pacra and cant reprint my certificates and printouts. the site was brialiiant but this is now frustrating and un usable

  18. I have a pending reverted case pending to be approved now how can i log in to my previous account where my case was. in a zam service

  20. I AM REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE BUS, VERY INNOVATIVE AND MAKES ALL MATTERS EASIER. THE INTERFACE ON PACRA HAS IMPROVED AS IT ALLOWS FOR PAYMENT USING AIRTEL, MTN AND ZAMTEL MONEY. KEEP IT UP.

  22. To add my voice to the GSB is that it is a good improvement in the right direction as far as ICT and Smart Zambia is concerned. However let PACRA guide the business community and the general Public on how to access various services that were available on PACRA portal before 12/11/2021. Let us embrace the efforts by the Agency and successive governments.

  25. It is now difficulty to track applications submitted before the migration on 12/12/2021. I personally I will need guidance/training on how I can trace my earlier application using Pacra portal.

  26. this is so inconveniencing, priority should have been to inform client earlier than this,they was so much information on the poratls that we had with pacra ,how do we retrieve it? your call center is not helpful at all, including your offices ,all they advising is log in to gsb…then what ? i submitted for registration on thursday ,how do i track the company?the case is not on gsb portal

  27. Good Morning,
    What happens to pending applications that people had made?
    Currently we cant log in the Pacra Portal and hence do not know the current status of our pending applications in your system. The Gov BUS is not showing that, regardless of us registering.
    kindly guide us.
